Dear Babyloniërs,

On Friday 7 July from 6.30 pm at De Waagh, the General Member Meeting of Babylon takes place. You are welcome from 6.00 pm onwards, and the General Member Meetings starts at 6.30 pm.

During this meeting, the thirty-fourth board will present her Annual Report. After that, the change of the board will take place; the thirty-fourth board will step down, so the thirty-fifth board can take office. The new board will present their Policy Plan for the upcoming year. Attendees will be able to ask questions about the Annual Report as well as the Policy Plan. In addition to these documents, there will also be a vote on the 2023-2024 Till Committee and the new Advisory Board. As a member of Babylon, it is also possible to apply for a place on the Advisory Board, if you are actively involved within Babylon. The deadline for submitting the application letter for this is 29 June.

The agenda of the GMM, the Annual Report of the thirty-fourth board, the concept Policy Plan of the thirty-fifth board and the minutes of the Semi-Annual GMM of 28 February, together with the application letters of the candidates for the Advisory Board, will be sent to all members next week via email.
